I love this picture - took it with my cell phone...this is outside the place we refinanced into our weird interest only/fixed loan in September 2006. We are on a 6.375% fixed interest only forthe first 10 years, then it immediately convertsw for no fee into a fixed at the same rate for the next 20 years. Well now, with good credit I coudl get 5.875 30 yr fixed today but it is all good.
